This build fixes giant beetles animating like spiders when imported game data lacks mobtypes.txt. Beetle walk and standing animations passed rendering checks.

On first use, choose a ZIP of your legally obtained UO Classic data when the AssetHub profile asks for it. This is an experimental debug-signed build that still needs testing on a physical phone. Install it over an earlier test version to keep imported game data and profiles; do not uninstall first.

ClassicUO + Razor for Linux x64

One installer adds native ClassicUO, Razor Community Edition, and an application menu entry, configured for assethub.ca:2593. No Wine is needed. Tested on Ubuntu 26.04 with X11 or Xwayland; Classic game data is obtained separately.

The Linux launcher checks for updates when you start the game and offers verified releases with notes. If the update service is unavailable, it starts your installed client. Close the game before installing an update. The latest release includes the giant beetle display fix and the X11/Razor startup fix.

Configured for assethub.ca:2593. Includes the client and a launcher; it does not include Ultima Online game data.

Before you play

  1. Get the game data. Use a legally obtained Ultima Online Classic installation from the official Ultima Online download page. Our downloads do not contain those game files.
  2. Install and launch. On Linux run chmod +x AssetHub-UO-Linux-x64.run && ./AssetHub-UO-Linux-x64.run. On Windows extract the ZIP and open Launch-AssetHub-UO.cmd. Both launchers search standard locations and remember the selected data folder.
  3. Create your account in game. Enter a new account name and password at the client login screen. Then return here to view your characters.

Razor Community Edition 1.9.77.1 is included in the Linux installer and starts with ClassicUO through Mono. The Windows OpenUO package has not been verified with Razor and does not include it.

Game connections are open at assethub.ca:2593.
